Hi, I'm Brendan Winter, creator of Simply Resting. I’ve spent years exploring mindfulness, meditation, and presence across different traditions, especially Zen.
What I offer here isn’t a formal teaching or system. I simply share the practice of resting as awareness, of meeting life without resistance or grasping.
Each month, we hold an online gathering where we explore Simply Resting together. You’re warmly invited to join from wherever you are. We offer sessions timed for Australia, the UK, and the USA.
